Based on the observation, there are not many activities other than going to school and studying the Koran, because there is no routine agenda, so students generally have a lot of free time. In addition, PAY Salman also has 350m2 of land that has not been utilized optimally because there are many problems such as pest, land management, to the minimal involvement of students because lack of farming skills. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a Pawon Bumi program that has a philosophy of kitchen of agricultural products, by utilizing empty land through FGD activities consisting of socialization, education and skills training of agriculture/plantations for students that has an impact on self-income for students and the boarding school. So this program can provide skills to students, especially if they have graduated from schools that have at least one provision in the field of agriculture/plantations to mingle in the wider community, thus enabling students to effectively overcome the demands and challenges of everyday life.
