Foot Perfusion Increased with Diabetic Leg Exercise in The Community of DM RSK SURABAYA Community a) Nursing Professional Study Program Catholic STIKES St. Vincent de Paul Surabaya Abstract One of the complications of Diabetes Mellitus is impaired foot perfusion which can increase the risk of ulceration and infection. Decreased foot perfusion is often caused by impaired blood circulation due to poorly controlled diabetes. One approach to increasing foot perfusion in diabetics is through a diabetic foot exercise program. The aim of this Community Service is to increase the knowledge and skills of diabetes mellitus sufferers in performing diabetic foot exercises to improve foot perfusion. In this activity, training is carried out on leg exercise techniques specifically designed to increase blood flow to the lower extremities. Counseling on monitoring the condition of the feet, and implementing a healthy lifestyle for vascular health.
