Web apps serve as a tools for searching for information, assessing opinions, and making specific decisions, particularly those related to geobranding activities. Scientists are currently working on constructing a web application that aims to offer suggestions to geopark managers on the development of branding strategies. This study employs a qualitative methodology, including literature reviews and focus group talks to ascertain the perspectives and expectations of prospective users. The research findings indicate that a more comprehensive and meticulous approach to planning is necessary for the development of the web application, taking into account the distinctiveness of each geopark.
