Abstract
This research aims to conduct a feasibility research on implementing MPLS L3VPN Private Network in Jakarta, which commercialized by considering the techno-economic aspect and its implications for legislation. MPLS L3VPN is a technology that provides secure and efficient private network connectivity. The research methods used are analytical and descriptive. First, an evaluation of the technical aspects and feasibility of MPLS L3VPN
technology will be carried out. This evaluation includes an understanding of the existing network infrastructure, the compatibility of the technology with existing devices, and the
ability to provide reliable private connections.Furthermore, an economic analysis will be conducted to evaluate the financial feasibility of implementing MPLS L3VPN^s private network, including estimated initial investment costs, operational costs, and potential expected profits or savings. In addition, this research will also research the legal and legislative implications related to the use of MPLS L3VPN private networks in Indonesia. This analysis includes a review of existing telecommunications regulations and the identification of potential legal constraints that may arise in the implementation of MPLS L3VPN private networks. This analysis^s results will help design and recommend a regulatory framework that supports the use of MPLS L3VPN private networks in Jakarta, including data security, privacy, and consumer protection. The results of this research are expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the feasibility of implementing MPLS L3VPN Private Network in Jakarta.
