Abstract

Educational Development Contribution is a routine fee collected by schools to finance school needs. SMA Negeri 19 Medan is one of the public high schools with more than 1500 students who collect SPP fees in the city of Medan. However, in managing the SPP payment system, it still uses manual recording methods in the Financial Ledger and Student Payment Cards. So that problems often occur such as the length of time to make SPP financial reports so that a computerized payment information system is needed so that information related to financial reports can be made in real time. By implementing a computerized information system for SPP payments, it is hoped that it will make it easier to make financial reports, make a list of students who are late in paying, have neatly stored payment data, be able to inform parents regarding late payments and be able to make financial balance reports quickly.
