Abstract
The trend of online shopping has increased significantly in recent years. This has spurred Batik Tulis Lasem MSME players to immediately transform to digitize their business. The current business process is still done manually and has not been computerized. This results in a lack of efficiency and the need to spend more effort to manage sales or market their products. Not to mention thinking about the right business strategy to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly tight era. The purpose of this research is to create a sales information system platform that can help manage business more practically and efficiently so as to increase business profits.
The result of this research is the development of an online batik sales information system Geraibatik.com which can be utilized by batik business partners, to be able to improve business performance to be more optimal and become a more practical and effective selling platform. The method used in this research is the Framework Application of System Thinking (FAST) which consists of 8 stages, namely Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design, Construction and Testing, and Installation and Delivery. The FAST method helps the sales information system development process to be easier and more directed. Testing of this system, using the PIECES framework which includes performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and services. The results obtained an average user satisfaction, 4.00, which means that the Geraibatik.com online batik sales information system developed is very important and users are satisfied in using the system.
