Abstract
The roles of network orientation and technological transformation are becoming increasingly critical in the dynamic landscape of startup ecosystems. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of these factors on the performance and business models of startups. Network orientation entails engaging in strategic alignment with external stakeholders, cultivating collaborations, and capitalizing on collective resources. Technology transformation is the process of implementing innovative technologies to improve operational efficiencies, product offerings, and market differentiation. The study was conducted at Ponpes Anwar Futuhiyyah, which is responsible for BUMP Anfut. The research sampled santri from Anfut who were involved in Ponpes-owned business units. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is implemented in data assessment.
