Abstract
This paper aims to analyze train station reactivation and ATP (Ability to Pay) WTP (Willingness to Pay) on the Yogyakarta-Solo railway line as an effort to improve public transportation services. The method used is survey and data analysis. The research results show that reactivation of train stations and ATP WTP can improve the quality of public services, namely by increasing the speed of ticket sales, increasing passenger satisfaction, and reducing queues at stations. Apart from that, this research also found that implementing ATP WTP can reduce operational costs and increase operational efficiency. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that the government and train operators continue to innovate and reactivate the public service system to improve service quality and meet passenger needs
