Visualization techniques have proven effective in simplifying complex data, thus aiding in more efficient and effective business decisions. This study aims to explore the use of business visualization tools to enhance the performance and decision-making processes of MSMEs in Yogyakarta. By employing four specific Business Matrix Tools (BMTs) - Business Model Canvas (BMC), SWOT Analysis, Gantt Chart, and PDCA Cycle, the research seeks to develop a systematic and practical approach to business visualization.
