Analysis of Length of Work and Education on Compliance with the Use of PPE in Outpatient Hospital Employees Kusuma Husada Surakarta University Abstract Background: The length of work and educational level of employees will affect their ability to carry out an activity or action in their work. One of the actions at work is using personal protective equipment (PPE) in the hospital. The use of PPE is needed by employees to reduce the risks they get from the hospital, especially for outpatient employees. Outpatient care at a hospital has a high risk of infection because patients go back and forth and change patients every day. In contrast to hospitalization, the patient is in the inpatient room for an average of 2-5 days. Inpatient employees can avoid the risk of infection compared to hospital outpatient employees.
