Abstract
This study aims to design and optimize a selfish user Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) model with a constant elasticity of substitution utility function using three financing schemes namely flat fee, usage based and two-part tariff. To find out the changes in parameters that produce profits, a sensitivity analysis is carried out. The solution of this research uses a Nonlinear Programming (NLP) problem that determines the initial bandwidth usage and total bandwidth usage in two cases, each of which has different variables and parameters using the three financing schemes previously described and solved using LINGO.13 software.
