Abstract

Improving production outcomes in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial for local economic growth. This study focuses on enhancing De^Dates MSMEs in Palembang City, utilizing the Kuhn-Tucker method. This approach identifies the optimal blend of production factors within resource constraints. Primary data is gathered through mathematical analysis and direct engagement with De^Dates MSMEs. Interviews and observations provide valuable insights into their production process and challenges. Results demonstrate that applying the Kuhn-Tucker method leads to optimal production levels. This is achieved by fine-tuning factors like raw materials, labor, and technology usage. The model empowers MSMEs to navigate resource limitations efficiently, thereby maximizing output and profits. This research significantly advances more effective production strategies for De^Dates MSMEs. Additionally, the Kuhn-Tucker method holds promise in bolstering production outcomes across various MSME sectors and similar regions. Its implications can inform local economic policies, fostering sustainable growth for MSMEs.
