Abstract

This journal reviews the application of optimizing production costs for processed dragon fruit products to MSMEs. This research aims to provide an overview, planning, to many people who want to trade in processed dragon fruit. This type of research is quantitative research carried out by collecting data- data that is accurate and can be measured, then the data that has been found will be processed using the linear programming method and the simplex method, after processing the data using a linear program it will provide minimum results. This is very necessary to minimize the costs incurred when producing processed dragon fruit products are made, when the data processing is carried out, many pictures are obtained which can be used as references for SMEs who want to trade in processed dragon fruit.
