Model of Strengthening Local Commodity Entrepreneurship Based on E-Commerce (Study at Village Owned ^Buana Mekar^, Karawang Regency West Java) 1. Community Education, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Abstract The background of the research was by the lack of optimal entrepreneurship skills of coffee farmers and Village Owned ^Buana Mekar^ managers in accordance with the development of technology-based businesses. Moreover, in the era of globalization, the marketing strategy for goods and services uses online media so that it reaches a wider consumer target. The model for strengthening entrepreneurship based on local commodities, the Village Owned ^Buana Mekar^ program aims to improve the entrepreneurial education of coffee farmers in developing their businesses which has an impact on community empowerment. The objectives of this research are to describe: 1) the factual conditions of local commodity business development, 2) the design of strengthening local commodity entrepreneurship education, and 3) the design of an e-commerce-based marketing strategy application for local commodity products. Efforts to increase community entrepreneurship competency, superior local commodity products produced by coffee farmers for community empowerment and welfare through the Village Owned Buana Mekar program. The research was carried out using the descriptive method of the ADDIE model through stages, namely- 1) Analysis of product feasibility and development requirements. 2) Design, designing systemic activities for setting goals, design and evaluation tools. 3) Development, realization of product design on a small scale, 4) Implementation, designs and methods developed are applied to actual conditions. 5) Evaluation, at the specified period stage and throughout the activity. This approach was implemented to produce a model design for strengthening local commodity entrepreneurship based on e-commerce for the Village Owned ^Buana Mekar^ program.
