The study prioritizes an ap-proach that actively engages stakeholders as key elements in sustainable fisheries management. Research methods encompass the analysis of prevail-ing fisheries policies in East Java and their effects on the economy and the environment. The involvement of diverse parties, including fishermen, local government, entrepreneurs, and community members, constitutes a pivotal aspect of holistic fisheries management efforts. The study^s findings reveal that collaboration among multiple stakeholders in the fishing industry has yielded positive outcomes. The implementation of fisheries policies involv-ing stakeholders has made substantial contributions to economic growth in the region, the preservation of marine resources, and the improvement of the well-being of local communities. This study provides profound insights into the pivotal role of stakeholder collaboration in driving fisheries resilience and its positive impact on economic development in East Java Province.
