Analysis Of Land Potential Index Of Village Cash Land And Oro-Oro Land In Boyolali Regency (a.b) Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, Indonesia, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Pabelan, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java, Indonesia 57162 Abstract Boyolali Regency is an area with a wide variety of land uses, including village treasury land and oro-oro land. The importance of this land potential analysis lies in the need to optimize the use of existing land and mitigate risks related to disaster vulnerability. This research aims to analyze the land potential index, which can support decisions in managing and utilizing land effectively and efficiently. The main objective of this research is to explore the land potential index of village treasury land and oro-oro land in Boyolali Regency. This research uses a spatial analysis method with a geographic information system. The approach used involves giving a rating or scoring to each parameter of the land potential index and then overlaying it. The assessment is carried out on parameters such as topography, lithology, soil type, hydrology and disaster vulnerability. The value given to each parameter influences the level of land potential. The research results show that the land potential index in Boyolali Regency is divided into five classes, namely very low, low, medium, high and very high. Different land uses at each level of the land potential index show variations in the potential and vulnerability of land to various uses, such as settlements, gardens, moorlands, forests and rice fields. The field survey carried out produced a map of the distribution of village treasury land and oro-oro land with various land potentials. Determining the potential of land for relocation is seen from multiple aspects, including topography, land area, and location relative to protected or disaster-prone regions. This research provides important insights for land planning and management in Boyolali Regency, taking into account aspects of land potential and vulnerability. Keywords: Topic: Physical Sciences |
