Development of Information Systems to Improve Quality and Efficiency of Health Services in Tlagah Village, Sampang Regency Universitas Negeri Malang Abstract Tlagah Village is the largest village in Banyuates District, Sampang Regency. However, based on observations, the village still does not provide optimal health services to the community. Based on the results of interviews with the Village Head, it was found that the media for delivering village health service information to the community was still manual and not systematized. Communities obtain village health service information from person to person. To maximize health services, one thing that can be done is to use the help of health service technology. Based on these conditions, it is very important to develop applications to support Tlagah village health services. The technology that can be developed is health service applications in the form of mobile and websites. The development method used in this research is to use the waterfall model development stages. The product development flow consists of 1) Requirements Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Testing, 5) Maintenance. Based on the results of the development and the results of trials that have been carried out previously, it can be concluded that the development of the SILAKES application is feasible to use to support the effectiveness and efficiency of health services in the village. The feasibility of the product is based on the assessment of media experts on the usability aspect of the system with a percentage gain of 82.22% in the feasible category and 100% system functionality in the valid category. In addition, the results of small group trials on the usability aspect of the system obtained 86.70% in the feasible category and 100% system functionality in the valid category. Then the results of the large group trial on the usability aspect of the system obtained 84.15% in the feasible category and 100% system functionality in the valid category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the SILAKES application is very good and very feasible to use.
