Abstract
In running a business, efficiency and effectiveness are crucial factors that focus on the supply chain. Supply chain optimization can have a significant impact on the company. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of internal integration and customer integration mediated by supply chain risk management towards operational performance in a tin mining company which is operating in Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. The research design is quantitative associative, the data collection technique is a survey towards 47 employees of the company, and the statistical technique is path analysis. The results of this study reveal the relationship between supply chain integration and the company^s operational performance. The results show that there is a significant effect between customer integration towards supply chain risk management and customer integration towards operational performance simultaneously. Results with insignificant effects include internal integration towards supply chain risk management, internal integration towards operational performance, supply chain risk management towards operational performance, internal integration towards operational performance through supply chain risk management, and customer integration towards operational performance through supply chain risk management simultaneously. This study also give another insight of the role of supply chain risk management in mediating internal and customer integration toward operational performance of tin mining enterprise
