Graduate Study with Online Education in the Post Pandemic Era: an experiential case study

Abstract

Having graduate degree such as master is now become an important trend for professionals. Seemingly that the trend is increasing during the pandemic as professionals choose to utilize their spare time during working from home (WFH) to improve their education. This positive trend is possible because higher education institutions (HEI) have no other choice other than adopting online education and performing online learning. Furthermore, this paper has demonstrated in several experiential cases that the satisfaction of online education has changed significantly during and post pandemic time. Consequently, to sustain, the online education is now must fulfil a standard requirement of satisfaction. Therefore, this paper will elaborate the education pedagogy, concept of multi-disciplinary master^s program (MDMP), discuss and assess important requirement factors of online education after performing experiential cases. This paper also draw conclusion from the cases related to MDMP.
