Integrated Tourism Village System (IToViS) Development for Tourism Village 1,3,4 Tourism Departemen, Bali State Polytechnic, Badung, Indonesia Abstract Market demand for tourism villages continues to grow, but it is not followed by good use of information technology or which can assist managers in serving customers. Digitization of tourism is considered the right step in promoting tourism through a digital approach that has an impact on the development of potential in a tourist village. Tourist village managers are required to rethink so that they can take advantage of information technology very well. One of them can be seen from the number of tourist villages that have used social media and websites in promoting their tourism to attract tourists. Tourism villages that have developed have also utilized several information systems for tourism village business processes, but these systems run separately and are not integrated from one system to another. One of the tourist villages in Bali Province that has a uniqueness is the Blimbingsari tourist village. Blimbingsari tourism village is located in Melaya District, Jembrana Regency. Based on the results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Blimbingsari Village has several problems in managing its tourim, namely ordering Blimbingsari village tourism products only via email and whatsapp communication, recording transactions and tourist visits still using spreadsheets so that sometimes there are recording errors and marketing media only uses social media and websites. Referring to these problems, this research develops an integrated information system that can help deal with village problems. Integration between these systems has advantages including: user interface (UI) consistency- ease of data access in real time- easier policy making- and every stage of village management can be well documented. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. The novelty of this research is the availability of an integrated system in managing tourism village business processes ranging from marketing, sales, finance, customer satisfaction, tourist visits as well as check-in and ticket services independently. The system has also implemented microservices for system architecture as well as single sign on (SSO) for system authentication and authorization. Referring to these problems, in this study developed an integrated information system that can help deal with village problems with the name Integrated Tourism Village System (IToViS). The developed IToVis consists of several integrated systems including Marketing, e-Ticketing, e-Transaction, Income Report, Tourist Visit Information, Customer Satisfaction, and Kios-K. From the results of functional testing of the system obtained 30 (all) features as expected (100%). Keywords: Tourism Village- Digitalization- Integration System Topic: Smart City |
