Conceptual Model of Growth Stage in VUCA World

Abstract

This paper aims to develop a transformative Growth Stage Model (GSM) that adapt to modern approaches such as resilience, business model innovation, technology maximation and accounting literacy. The mixed-method approach was adopted for the study. Qualitative approach with thematic method using in-depth interview, FGD and Expert judgment were employed to 7 case studies. Following to that, quantitative approach with purposive sampling to 310 respondents aims to test the corelation between variables. The study developed a new Growth Stage Model (GSM) that can be used to achieve business sustainability in the VUCA era with additional variables from resilience, character, growth and technology to complete the model
