Abstract

Adolescence is a phase that is quite large in portion in moving, exercising, and tends to be prone to physical fatigue. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, teenagers feel not only physically exhausted but also mental health declines. The high risk of Covid-19 and the importance of maintaining fitness encourage foot spas to be used as entrepreneurial opportunities during a pandemic. One way to overcome physical and mental problems is a foot spa. Foot spa can be done using simple methods, using compact tools, and has various benefits. This community service aims to provide foot spa training for underprivileged students who attend open schools. It is hoped that these skills will increase knowledge and can be used as skills that can encourage students to be physically and mentally healthy and improve the student^s economy. The results of this community service show that the number of participants before being given training who initially did not understand the acupressure technique in the foot spa increased their knowledge. In addition, descriptive data showed that the participants^ ability to perform foot spa^s increased by 45%.
