Abstract

The shift paradigm and ease of technology supported by the 4.0 Industrial Revolution has given birth to an online store with characteristics no physical contact, does not require a store, and an indefinite area. The current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic with limiting the movement of the community also supports online stores has become more dominant in the economy. This study aims to measure the level of readiness of traders in South Southern Cipinang, Jakarta, P2M participants in online stores, in making online stores in terms of knowledge and technology. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical regarding the phenomenon found, in the form of knowledge factors and technology factors to implement online stores. The number of respondents was 15 traders with the results that the level of preparedness of traders in the South Cipinang Selatan, Jakarta was in a moderate position with a knowledge factor of 44.4% and a technology factor of 100%.
