Abstract

Upgrading the preparation of non-linear training programs for pencak silat trainers at the elementary level in DKI Jakarta province, periodization is one of the basic materials needed by a trainer, especially at the elementary level. In preparing athletes to reach the peak of achievement. The participants for upgrading the preparation of non-linear training programs for basic level pencak silat trainers in the DKI Jakarta province are trainers in the DKI Jakarta province. The implementation will be held in a shelter, but if it is still PSBB then it will be done virtually, with a total of 30 participants consisting of various areas in Jakarta This activity also involved 5 students from various study programs at FIO.
