TRAINING OF ELECTRICAL FOR TEACHER OF DOM BOSCO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AT FATUMACA TIMOR LESTE

Abstract

Electricity training according to regulations will be conducted at Fatumaca Timor Leste as one of the partners of the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta in the field of Community Service (PkM) International Collaborative scheme. This activity is planned to be given continuously every year to teachers in the target area as part of the application of knowledge in the public. In the first year will be given skills about Electricity according to the rules. The method used in this activity includes lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations and practice. The target audience is teachers of SMK Dom Bosco Fatumaca Timor Leste with 20 participants. The training materials provided include (1) principles of electrical installation according to PUIL 2011, (2) electrical components, and (3) skills to do electrical installation. Electrical training results for teachers Dom Bosco Fatumaca Vocational High School Timor Leste has improved the ability as evidenced by the increase in the results of the pretest and posttest scores.
