Abstract
SUMMARY
Drinks with high nutritional value are a good alternative to be consumed during a pandemic like today. Sources of nutrients contained in vegetables and fruits are a good choice to increase our body^s immunity. By having a good immune system, it will be difficult for us to contract various diseases, one of which is covid_19. Where to minimize the spread of this virus by focusing on improving health in the Asian region in order to provide a better response in dealing with the covid_19 virus.
As we know, COVID-19 still has a high spread ratio in Indonesia, where as of February 22, 2021, the number of Covid-19 cases is 1.28 million. With the number of cases spreading, Indonesia is ranked 19th with the most COVID-19 cases in the world. The data makes us have to rethink what we should do in order to avoid the virus. As stated above, we need to raise public awareness to be able to increase the body^s immunity where one way to increase our body^s immunity apart from exercising is to consume foods and beverages that have high nutritional value.
By conducting training on making organic drinks with high nutritional value, it is hoped that it will make the public aware of the importance of maintaining body immunity in the midst of a pandemic. And by maintaining immunity, the risk of contracting the virus will be smaller because good immunity will fight various viruses that want to damage the body^s metabolism. because until now the vaccination process is still not optimal and the steps we can take are to maintain immunity.
