Abstract
The role of technological progress today is very rapid. People easily use technology to do anything easily without having to leave the house. With rapid technological advances, it is very easy for people to make transactions through their gadgets without having to come to the bank. However, technological advances, especially in the field of electronic transactions, also pose a few problems. There are some people who take advantage of this situation to end up breaking the law. Therefore, it is very important in this scientific work the author raises issues related to how the form of legal protection obtained by consumers as users of fintech services with reference to the cyber realm which is indeed where in this case irresponsible parties often make an action that leads to losses experienced by consumers, especially in this case consumers as users of fintech services. This research is entitled ^Legal Protection For Consumers In Fintech Services (Case Study Of PT Jouska Financial Indonesia)^ by using normative legal research methods through a statutory approach and case study. The research question is, what form of legal protection is obtained customers as users of fintech services in case of PT Jouska Financial Indonesia? So it can be concluded that PT Jouska Financial Indonesia (Jouska) is suspected of violating three laws and regulations, namely the Capital Market Law, the ITE Law and the Consumer Protection Law.
