DIGITAL COMMUNICATION FROM RUMAH BARITO IN EDUCATING PARTICIPANTS TO HEAL MENTAL AND TO BUILD RESILIENCE Binus University Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has been attacking Indonesia for almost two years. This prolonged pandemic has affected not only the economy sector, but has also an impact to the mental health of Indonesian society. Rumah Barito, an alternative and holistic health service, shifts its previous offline sessions to online sessions in order to educate its participants to heal their mental and to build their resilience during COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the digital communication from Rumah Barito in educating their participants to heal mental and to build resilience. This study used qualitative approach, descriptive type. The data was obtained through online interviews with the founder and trainer from Rumah Barito and virtual observations of its social media accounts. The result of the study shows that the digital communication from Rumah Barito by use Zoom video conference, Whatsapp group, Instagram account and Facebook page to replace offline sessions. As the conclusion, advances in technology has made Rumah Barito easier in educating its participants. It is recommended that Rumah Barito could expand its target to younger generations by using popular media among them such as TikTok, podcast and YouTube.
