Time management training during pandemic for tutors in RPTRA Primary Teacher Education Department, Faculty of Humanities, Bina Nusantara University, Jalan Kemanggisan Ilir III No 45, Palmerah Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia Abstract This research is part of the Center of Excellence grant from the Indonesian Ministry of Education which was obtained by the Primary Teacher Education, Bina Nusantara University. In this study, training was held to improve the numeracy skills of RPTRA tutors in DKI Jakarta. In Indonesian, RPTRA stands for Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (in English, Child Friendly Integrated Spaces). The objectives of this study are: 1) finding the right time management training during a pandemic- 2) to find out whether there are differences in abilities of tutors before and after the training. This study is an ex post facto study with quantitative research. Data analysis was performed on the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test. Data were processed using SPSS 26.0. The analysis test conducted was Paired T-Test. The conclusions of this research are: 1) online training time is 2 hours, online monitoring time is 1 hour, training and monitoring distance is 1 week- 2) there are differences in the numeracy abilities of tutors before and after training Keywords: Time Management- Training- Tutor Topic: Education |
