The Conceptual Model of Learning Tools Factors for a Better Learning Experience in Pandemic Era

Abstract

Human-computer interaction during this pandemic has become a concern. This is because people have tried to be at home all the time and this becomes an increase in stress because one of them is bored. Students^ statement shows that smartphones have started to be used as learning tools. This makes a phase that occurs from a change in traditional learning to modern learning as it starts to use technology as digital learning. each academic researched digital content to find out how environmental problems and price values exist with the presence of digital content in learning. In this case, it means that digital content is an indispensable interaction between technology and people, especially students as learners to easily understand the existing digital content. However, the pandemic has also made parents depressed about this situation. The situation experienced by parents makes students or students less eager to learn and this shows that there is an interest in personal characteristics when participating in learning to keep the learning experience with the student. This qualitative research started from situation analysis, continued with problem identification, then research goals and literature review, resulting in a design model that can be used to measure learning tool factors in relation to the learning experience students experience to ensure a fun and enjoyable learning process and effective. There are at least 9 factors in this model, namely compatibility, convenience, self-efficacy, facilitating condition, information quality, system quality, appearance quality, perceived usefulness, and confirmation of expectation when using learning tools.
