The development of learning programs with a blended learning approach uses the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF) model which consists of three stages, namely exploration, preparation and evaluation. This study involved respondents, namely 1 material expert, 1 media expert and 5 one-to-one respondents. The development process carried out where the exploration stage obtained an overview of the current situation on campus related to the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in terms of internet network-based facilities, lecturer competence in using internet and computer facilities, student readiness in online-based learning. This becomes a reference in developing blended learning. At the preparation stage where products are developed that refer to the results in the previous exploration stage in the form of blended learning designs, prototypes of learning media and materials as well as blended learning programs as a whole. Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, an assessment or expert review is carried out regarding the learning materials and media developed as well as the results of one-to-one respondent trials related to the materials and media used in the learning process.
