Abstract

Health and safety campaigning in the school environment is an effort to prevent accidents and avoid things that are not desirable. It takes an interesting method and way to introduce safety talk to children so that children can do safety both for themselves and for others. Visual media is one thing that can be used to introduce children to the importance of safety. By using electronic comics, children can see directly the images presented in accordance with the prevention theme that will be conveyed. Children can directly choose the electronic comic story they want to know. By bringing up interesting pictures and writings that are easily accessible to children, making electronic comics easy to reach. The purpose of this study was to increase children^s knowledge about safety talk. This study presents electronic comics that are used and understood by early childhood so that children^s understanding of their safety is increased.
