The Formation of Engagement Factor in Teamwork through Online Training

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a comprehensive description of Binus university students^ (Binusian 2023) engagement in teamwork to develop electronic module for online training. The total respondents^ number are 113 from 4 departments. The research used surveys by questionnaires and processed by the quantitative method using the Likert scale and SPSS tool. The questionnaires are valid (corrected item-total correlation is 0.944 (> 0.250) and reliable (&#945-=0.867). The results ultimately showed that a total of 83.78% of the total respondents were in positive preference and 16.22% were in negative preference for engagement.
