Abstract

Two years of the pandemic have passed, but there are no visible signs of educational activity returning to normal. We have to adapt to new habits, and adjust quickly. School residents are trained to be adaptive to changes in habits during the pandemic. At any time, teachers, students, school administrators must be prepared if the government suddenly stops face-to-face activities due to an increase in regional status, or a new variant of the covid case. This study will examine the success key of Mathla^ul Anwar Global School in dealing with the problems that occurred during the pandemic. Interview is the main method to complete observation and document reading. School committee, principal, teachers, parents, students are the sources of data that were explored qualitatively through this method. The results are first, cohesiveness in vision, communication, openness in management, are the basis for school progress. Second, the teacher is the backbone, where creativity is the main competency that must be possessed by the teacher and is managed properly by the leader. Third, quality will follow these two factors. Whoever is serious about planting, it will reap happy results.
