Abstract

This research is part of the Center of Excellence grant from the Indonesian Ministry of Education which was obtained by the Primary Teacher Education, Bina Nusantara University. In this study, training was held to improve the numeracy skills of RPTRA tutors in DKI Jakarta. In Indonesian, RPTRA stands for Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (in English, child friendly integrated spaces). In this program, training is held to improve the numeracy skills of tutors. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out whether there are differences in abilities of tutors before and after the training- 2) to find out whether there are differences in numeracy abilities based on the tutor^s age. This study is an ex post facto study with quantitative research. Data analysis was performed on the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test. Data were processed using SPSS 26.0. The analysis test conducted was Paired T-Test and Anova-Test. The conclusions of this research are: 1) there are differences in the numeracy abilities of tutors before and after training and 2) There are no differences in numeracy abilities based on tutors^ age
