Abstract
Every human being has flaws and weaknesses, some are normal and some are flawed, such situations must be combined into a capable force in developing ideas and ideas. Likewise, the lives of people with disabilities / kolok, especially women in Bengkala Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency in Bali, basically have a zest for life, but if not directed automatically their talents will be hidden.
The method used is a qualitative method. Women with disabilities / kolok are given ways to develop themselves through massage, yoga, weaving and cooking cakes and vegetables in order to have a sense of care for themselves and understand the others they face. In addition, with yoga, kolok residents, especially women, are able to refrain from their emotions and egos. So it is necessary to empower kolok women so that their lives are efficient and effective, and always benefit society.
