Abstract
Bali is a very popular tourist destination. There are many very interesting tourists^ attractions in Bali. Beautiful culture and natural resources such as in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village make this village one of the tourist villages in Badung regency. Not only culture and natural resources but human resources are also one of the important things in developing a tourist village. Mastery of foreign languages, especially English, cannot be separated from what becomes a factor when someone acquires or learns the language. English as a second language is likely to be mastered from the learning process. However, if the process of language mastering is naturally mastered, it can be said to be language acquisition. The focus of this research is to find out what factors influence the mastery of English for tourism actors in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village. The aim is to determine the factors in mastering English. The method used in this research is a mix-method, namely qualitative-quantitative methods.
