Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of financial and non-financial compensation systems that partially or simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Gumuh Sari Recreation in Darmasaba Village, Badung Regency. The sample used in this study was the entire population, namely 38 employees as respondents. Distributing questionnaires with survey methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. By partially testing the hypothesis using the t-test, and testing simultaneously using the F test. The results showed that the financial and non-financial compensation system applied in Gumuh Sari Recreation in Darmasaba Village, Badung Regency has a positive and significant partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Murmured. Sari Recreation in Darmasaba Village, Badung Regency. This research is supported by the results of research conducted by Grace Fredriksz (2017) [1] which shows that financial and non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on employee performance.
