This government^s obligation is also emphasized in Article 8 of the Human Rights Law. Article 1 point 7 of the Health Law stated that medical service facility shall be an equipment and/or place to be used to implement medical service effort, whether to promote, prevent, cure, or rehabilitate done by the Government, regional government and/or community.
