Abstract

Distance learning (PJJ) due to covid-19 has been implemented since March 2020. Students with special needs have difficulties in the teaching and learning process. This study describes the variations of project based learning for students with special needs in the pandemic era. The subjects of this study were shadow teachers and students with special needs at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura. The method research is descriptive qualitative using case study design. Techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the uses triangulation of data sources and methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation of methods and data sources. The results showed that project based learning was included in every subject. Project based learning variations are tailored to the level of students with special needs and the subject matter in their class, covering religious, social, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects.
