THE EFFECT OF WORK RESPONSIBILITY, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND &#8206-LEADERSHIP TOWARD SERVICE QUALITY OF THE PARLIAMENT MEMBER^S &#8206-EXPERT STAFF

Abstract

This research was done to find out the effect of work responsibility, emotional intelligence, and &#8206-leadership toward service quality of the parliament member^s expert staff. This research was &#8206-done in term of service quality that was provided by the parliament member^s expert staff by &#8206-using Quantitative Approach and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample of research &#8206-was the parliament member^s expert staffs who were about 325 persons of total population that &#8206-were about 1.725 persons. The empirical testing indicated that work responsibility has positive &#8206-direct effect towards service quality- emotional intelligence has positive direct effect towards &#8206-service quality- leadership has positive direct effect towards service quality- work responsibility &#8206-has positive direct effect towards leadership- and emotional intelligence has positive direct &#8206-effect towards leadership.&#8206-
