THE INFLUENCE OF PERSONALITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TEACHERS IN YAYASAN TARAKANITA TANGERANG REGION Postgraduate Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract The aims of this study was to study the influence of personality and organizational climate on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Tarakanita Foundation, Tangerang region. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this research is 133 teachers at the Tarakanita Foundation, Tangerang Region. The results of this study indicate that- (1) personality has a direct effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers at the Tangerang Region Tarakanita Foundation, (2) the organizational climate has a direct effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the Teachers at the Tarakanita Foundation in the Tangerang Region, (3) personality has a direct effect on climate Teachers organization at the Tangerang Region Tarakanita Foundation. Thus, the increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is achieved well if there is a strong influence of personality and a well-developed organizational climate.
