Abstract

Environmental education in 21st century during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) requires an implementation effort to protect the environment. One of them is by implementing e-learning and Pro-Environmental Behavior of COVID-19 (PEB-COVID-19). The purposes of this study were to describe e-learning and measure students^ PEB-COVID-19 scores during the New Normal COVID-19. The research method used was descriptive with survey technique. The sample used included 172 high school students from Bekasi city and its surroundings. The results showed that students opined that e-learning helped the learning during COVID-19 (54.07%), whereas the majority of media utilized was Google classroom (66.86%). The results of the PEB-COVID-19 measurement indicated that students^ behavior in general was categorized as very high (85.80). It suggested that environmental education played an important role in preventing COVID-19. Various e-learning facilities need to be improved to support environmental education during the COVID-19 era. The study concluded that environmental learning regarding COVID-19 must be improved in terms of e-learning so that PEB-COVID-19 students can also improve.
