LINKING JOB INVOLVEMENT TOWARD JOB SATISFACTION Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract Within an organization having the best management team will produce the right man in the right place. Such workers also help produce high levels of job satisfaction. It is understood that job satisfaction is achieved when workers are interested in decision-making and company policy. Work engagement is an individual^s psychological measure of the job and success is a measure of self-esteem. Furthermore, a high degree of work engagement may shape an output, improve the quality and quantity of work results and increase job satisfaction. Work engagement of an employee includes concerns related to the nature of the activities they undertake, the interaction between the employee and the working group, and the nature of the decision-making process, known as task interdependence, group support, and decision-making participation. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of work engagement factors consisting of work group support, participation in decision making, and task interdependence on employee job satisfaction. This study obtained data from the employees of the Operation and Maintenance department of PT.
