Improving Sociopreneurship through Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation on sociopreneurship. The research used is a quantitative study with the population of the head of BUMDes in Kuningan District. This study used a sample of 138 heads of BUMDes. The data collected through a structured questionnaire and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation had a significant effect on sociopreneurship BUMDes. This research studies contribute to the development of the sociopreneurship literature and provide opportunities in the future to carry out research with the same study in different places.
