concerns.
As pharmaceutical professionals, we must have excellent communication skills. It
is related to how we handle patients when gathering data about patients, even
about facilitating communication and education related to drugs.
Then the problem in practice is. the patient has little time to interact. that in an
age of information disruption, patients feel they know more and some are more
experienced than pharmacists.
for that, in matters like this, we must formulate what the patient actually wants to
know.
However, this paper is actually part of an effort to explore the needs that these
patients want.
