The measuring instruments we use are those that are made according to our needs
to respond to sudden situations.
The items we use are those derived from our understanding of knowledge,
attitudes and perceptions.
We interpret knowledge as respondent^s thoughts about handsanitizer facts, such
as composition, legality of distribution, and efficacy in inhibiting viruses.
Likewise regarding perception, is how respondents see the handsanitizer according
to their beliefs, such as comfort, to their suspicion of resistance to the virus.
