Reply from Mr. Ndaru Adyono 2020.11.18 15:59:18 I was using micro-hardness vicker as definition of my films hardness. My base was using Al alloy, it was a metallic. But the developed films was ceramic. I know the definition of hardness between metallic and ceramic was a different things. In my recent studi, using micro-hardness was the easy approach to understand this surface treatment.
