My name is Faujia Umasugi, I am from Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara.

Based on your explanation on the video, I have a question in first slide about background of the research. In your bacgkround, there is pay attention about price, service quality and digitalization system. So, I want to ask you to explain with detail about what does it mean about Price, Services Quality and Digitalization System?.

If i have not mistaken, I explain shortly about that. I found 3 things about price,
service quality, and digitalization were the reason why millennials (younger people)
chooses RedDoorz as their decision place when they going holiday. That reason i
found from my research before (early 2020). I found that almost younger said
about lower price, good service quality, and their system that easily access from
their mobile phone or their social media (choosing place, choosing room,
cancelation, booking time until payment method).
