The material is very interesting, I am enik Suhariyanti from Unimma Magelang. I
want to ask, what is the dosage? and in terms of economic value and accessibility,
how about it? are there other fruit alternatives that are equally beneficial?

Thank you, Mrs. Enik, nice to meet me Jamaludin Yusuf from University of
Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. The dose of green coconut water that I
gave during the treatment was 1500 ml of green coconut water for 5 days with the
same training load.
In terms of economics, green coconut water can later be processed into an
alternative drink to speed up pulse recovery in athletes.
Another alternative fruit, in the future I will try to use apples among the public
which can lower blood pressure.
